Villa Kyma is located by Krouzeri beach. The distance to this beach from Villa Kyma is only a short walk. Awarded with a Blue Flag by the European Community it is a splendour of turquoise waters great for snorkelling enthusiasts. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for rent here, and if you’re looking for some action, you can try various water sports available on a daily basis.
Villa Christina Outdoor
Villa Christina by Kaminaki beach is only 250 meters from the sea. If you like to keep fit, you can follow the path to the beach or hop to your car for a quick drive to the shore.
View From The Cottage
The Cottage rests just a two minute walk behind a beautiful olive grove with spectacular sea views. Combining nature and sea the path offers a pleasant walk through a variety of fruit trees and herb gardens.

Yellow Upper House is just a stone’s throw away from the emerald sea of Kaminaki beach. If you are planning a ‘get away from it all’ type of holiday, without the use of a car you can rent your own boat for a stylish tour in the north-east coast, the most beautiful part of Corfu. You can visit beaches only accessible by boat and have some lunch in one of the tavernas. They also offer a taxi boat service from nearby villages where you can be picked up from the jetty of Kaminaki and Krouzeri beach.
Yellow House Lower – Outdoor Sea View
Yellow Lower House just below can be rented together with Yellow Upper for family reunions. Here, you will get a sense of having your own infinity, Ionian Sea-size pool, gazing out from your terrace.

They are able to collect you from any of our properties, (certain times of day), help you with your food shopping and take you back to your villa.

Kaminaki villas span back through 3 generations. Our grandfather was a very talented carpenter, and a lot of the wooden work you see in Kaminaki Villas today is hand-crafted by him.

The Yellow House has been successfully converted into two separate houses, (Yellow Upper and Lower). These two properties, together with Bijou Studio Villa have been cultural landmarks for more than a century. We are very proud to be the owners of these centennial properties in Kaminaki beach. They have been maintained and converted having in mind the traditions of Corfu’s architecture, without sacrificing modern day comforts.
